My contributions & responsibilities for Poetic included, but were not limited to:

Working cross-functionally to oversee, liaise, and source team members in North America, China, Egypt, & Israel to help penetrate further into the US market, as well as strategic planning to bring Poetic into brick & mortar internationally.

  • Company Rebrand: Identity, Website Redesign, Mobile Site, Packaging Re-Design, Trend Analysis, product positioning and messaging, Design & execute on the Launch strategy for all new products

I had the pleasure of working directly with Jacquelyn Lucchesi during her time as the Marketing Manager at Poetic Cases. Jacquelyn’s superb knowledge of technology aided her in advertising the companies products online and simultaneously researching case styles and designs. The mobile technology realm is heavily competitive, and Jacquelyn has all the right resources and is intuitive in bringing Poetic Cases to the market. In addition to her knowledge of technology, her background in Design helped Poetic Cases create, market, and sell with profitable margins. At the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show, Jacquelyn diligently surveyed the latest technology trends and sought out vendor and distributors for Poetic Cases.

Jacquelyn’s professional disposition and calm demeanor makes her an excellent communicator and is always willing to help in any way possible. In addition to marketing the company and its products, Jacquelyn assisted in standardizing and implementing rules and regulations for Human Resources in accordance with OSHA. Any small detail is never overlooked, and when it comes down to safety and the wellbeing of all, Jacquelyn goes above and beyond. At an Executive level, Jacquelyn will always try to help you with the best of her ability and does it well.

As a team member, Jacquelyn will never say no and will always provide assistance. As a Customer Service Manager, it is key to work hand in hand with Marketing, especially with difficult customers who go as far as to filing a complaint. With Jacquelyn’s expertise in technology, certain aspects of the online experience; such as checking out and clearly stating policies and limitations, such updates were quickly addressed. The largest project that was also addressed involved correcting the product images so that customers are shown the same image across all shopping platforms such as Amazon and eBay. Having the help of Jacquelyn has helped streamline my work and thus minimizing error and continually building the confidence of customers.
